    Psychotherapy

. Psychotherapy at matriARC supports women navigating periods of complexity and change. This includes reproductive and hormonal transitions, as well as the relational and psychological demands of leadership. Together we explore patterns in relationships, decision-making under pressure, and the impact of internal shifts on how you show up at work and at home.

Therapy is not just about finding relief from symptoms, though that is often a welcome outcome. It is also about having a safe, consistent space to pause, reflect, and be deeply understood.

Some of the benefits of psychotherapy may include:

    • Receiving steady emotional support during difficult times

    • Gaining clarity and insight into patterns that may be holding you back

    • Improving relationships and communication

    • Developing new coping skills and inner resources

    • Relieving emotional suffering and fostering resilience

Our training and clinical interests allow us to walk with you through many phases of the reproductive life cycle, including family planning, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum adjustments, and the perimenopausal and menopausal transitions. These chapters can be full of joy, but they can also bring unexpected stress, loss, or identity shifts. Having a place to process and be supported can make all the difference

Beyond reproductive health, we are here to help with relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and the healing of old wounds. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, capable, and at home within yourself.

We believe it takes courage to reach out, and if you’re ready, we’re here to meet you where you are.
