START

IT ALL STARTS WITH A PHONE CALL.

We offer a free 30 min phone consultation to all interested in becoming or returning as a patient at our practice. The discovery call is a place to help you and our practice begin to see if we are a good fit for your needs or if a referral elsewhere would be more appropriate. You are our first priority, and we want to make sure your needs are met, even if that is not with us.

Requesting and/or participating in the phone screen does not establish you as a patient with our practice. Should we both agree after the initial phone screening to move forward with a therapeutic relationship, we will send you our new patient paperwork and schedule you for a diagnostic evaluation.
