LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER

 

If after our first phone call we both decide to meet, we will set up an initial appointment for a psychodiagnositc evaluation. This appointment lasts a little less than an hour. When setting up the appointment, we will ask for your email address and will send you a link to an online portal where you will find our initial paperwork. All paperwork must be completed and signed before the appointment and a credit card must be placed on file in order secure the appointment. We will meet via a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform that you will access through a secure link that is sent to your email 24 hrs in advance of your appointment. 

 

This initial appointment, and the first few appointments, are an opportunity for us to learn a bit more about you and your needs, and gives both you and your clinician the opportunity to continue to see if we will be the right fit for you. We will cover your current concerns, as well as some of your history, begin talking about your goals and address any questions you may have.

 

Should either you or your clinician feel they do not possess the skills or traits necessary to best support you, we will be happy to provide you a referral. Above all, we want to make sure everyone with whom we meet receives the best and most appropriate care for their unique needs, even if that is not with our practice.
